With over 16 years of versatile professional experience across multiple domains, Chaya is a certified Career Counsellor and Indian Higher Education Consultant dedicated to guiding students toward meaningful and fulfilling career paths.

She holds a BALLB and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, offering a unique combination of legal understanding and psychological insight. Additionally, she is a certified Global Career Counsellor from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), trained in international best practices in career guidance.

An advocate turned career mentor, Chaya brings a practical, empathetic, and holistic approach to student counselling. Her core areas of expertise include career counselling, stream and subject selection, psychometric assessments, career planning, and Indian university admission guidance.

She is passionate about helping students uncover their strengths, interests, and aptitudes, empowering them to make confident decisions about their future. Whether a student is uncertain about subject choices, exploring career options, or seeking guidance through the Indian college admission process, Chaya works closely with both students and families to provide clarity and direction at every step.

Minati Sahoo is an experienced Career Counsellor and Psychologist with over a decade of practice in guiding students and young professionals toward meaningful, rewarding career paths. Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counselling, she integrates psychological insights with practical career planning to help clients achieve clarity and confidence in their decisions.

Specializing in career assessments, personality profiling, she empowers individuals to identify their unique strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and set actionable goals aligned with their aspirations. She has successfully counselled clients navigating critical transitions—such as choosing academic streams, preparing for competitive exams, awareness of emerging career trends, positive psychology practices, and holistic wellbeing strategies to support clients in building resilient, purpose-driven careers through one to one and group counselling.

Her work includes delivering workshops on career readiness, entrance exams preparation, stream selection, crafting careers from passion to profession and time management, as well as design holistic guidance programs.
